“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” — Viktor E. Frankl

I believe everyone has the potential to create a fulfilling and worthwhile life. I’m passionate about helping clients gain insight into their experiences, empowering them to build confidence and make meaningful changes. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck in unhelpful patterns, I can offer a space that’s grounded, collaborative, and respectful of your experience.

My therapeutic style is trauma-informed, compassionate, and authentic. I have experience supporting individuals with a broad range of concerns, including disordered eating and body-image issues, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship and interpersonal challenges, life stressors and transitions, grief and loss, emotion dysregulation, impulsivity, PTSD symptoms and substance abuse. I work with individuals, from young adults (17+) through to older adults navigating various phases of life.

My practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and I integrate and draw from other approaches, such as mindfulness, motivational interviewing, self-compassion, and emotion-focused techniques, tailored to each client’s unique needs.

I bring over 18 years of experience working with adults, primarily from my work at UHN Toronto General Hospital’s eating disorder program in both their inpatient and outpatient settings. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and I hold a BA (Hons) in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.

If you’re ready to take the next step and feel we’d be a good fit, please contact the clinic for a consultation or for more information to book an appointment with me..
