Laura is a Registered Social Worker who is passionate about helping adults, young adults, and teens navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and self-understanding. She believes that therapy should be a collaborative and supportive process, where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to create meaningful change.
Laura draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based interventions. She helps clients develop practical coping strategies, strengthen emotional regulation, build self-awareness, and cultivate lasting personal growth. She works from a client-centered, strengths-based perspective and recognizes that each person's story, goals, and healing journey are unique.
